The JabuMind App is designed for teachers' busy lives and hectic schedules. We’ve created a customized iRest® meditation experience for teachers. iRest® is an evidence-based method proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, increase well-being, and improve sleep. While choices abound for general mindfulness meditation apps (some, in our opinion, are quite excellent), none, until now, have made the teacher the sole design-focus. We are deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of teachers. We believe that a teacher sets the tone for the whole classroom, and that happy, successful teachers lead to happy, successful students. If we can help keep talented teachers in the profession by making their wellness a priority, whole communities will reap the benefits.
It is important to us that you, the teacher, feel not only seen and heard, but also safe. Be assured that we will NOT share your personal data or information with anyone, including your employers.
