At the South Commercial st. Jamba Juice the customer service is always great, they are always very friendly, helpful, and quick. The drinks are always great. I'd recommend that everyone needs to try it.

Can't even order anything because every second the "add to cart" button disappears and changes into a loading circle, even if you don't touch the screen. Already updated the app, restarted and am on 5G connection. To top it off when it does work you get a service fee for placing the order online.

App has had issues with payment for YEARS. Thought I'd give it another shot today, and it still has problems. Had to order through browser instead.

Terrible app. Hard to use, loses your rewards' info, does not include substitutions you can get in store, AND they charge you 3 percent extra for the supposed convenience of using the app. Hate it.
