My school provides this for my disabilities & I wasn't sure if it would be good, but I am so impressed w/ this app. The AI generated highlights are fantastic and easy way to go back to a specific topic. The live captions are on the same level as others live captioning software - OK with some mistakes. But once the system creates the transcript & captions for the finalized recording, the mistakes are fixed. The summaries are accurate and highly detailed w/o including unnecessary info. LIFE-CHANGING

Pretty good, pretty jammy. Like being able to highlight parts of the recording and skipping back. Decent overall, would like to see the transcription up to date.

My biggest complaint about Jam works, is that it removes all the notes, flashcards and quizzes once your subscription ends, INCLUDING all the stuff you recorded or uploaded during the paid subscription. I had already generated highlights and flashcards during the subscription, and it's wrong to remove them without any warning! I've also found this app unreliable. I paid for the subscription, but a few times it has randomly stopped recording and told me that I need to upgrade to continue. AVOID.

I got this app to help with my note taking due to a brain injury. In my opinion, this app sucks. Every recording I take gets stuck mid-upload or say to wait while the info is processing. Butut never processes. I have not been able to access any of my notes since September 2,2025, and today is the 16th. I have been in contact with the help team, and I keep getting told that they're working on it. I have an exam in 2 days, and none of my notes are accessible. I am going to fail my exam.
