Description
By using this App, Citizens can submit their applications/ grievances to Public Grievance Redressal Officer for seeking any benefit or relief relating to any schemes, programme or services run in the State by the State Government within the stipulated time limit as per the provisions mentioned in the Bihar Right To Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.
This app facilitates the submission of application for First/Second Appeal also. Using this app, applicant can get the status of his complaint/ appeal/ revision application and can see the Cause List also.

Very poor app I was writing my complaint but automatically the app gets closed every few minutes I tried several times but still same problem, and I am not able to register my complaint

It's a scam app. I am trying to write complaint but at last moment it crashes and everything lost. It is made to just fool the citizens. It doesn't work at all. If government spent money on this then surely that went to some scam because as of now I have tried a lot of time to lodge complaint but at last moment it gets closed automatically. Why this app exists if it doesn't help us in lodging complaint

I filed a complaint three month ago but nothing has happened so far It just gets passed around from one office to another and there’s no hearing at all. It’s just a useless website that gives people the option to file complaints, but there’s no actual hearing And along with that, neither the office nor the officials are actually present to hear the complaints, nor are the employees reliable. They just keep extending deadlines here and there, constantly pushing the dates forward, one after another
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
