Worst experience ever, I tried it multiple times on many occasions, but it always disappointed me, It uses location that is not accurate even away from platform it keeps saying you are too near to platform and didn't book tickets.

Pathetic experience. Ticket got booked and is visible in booking history. But not visible when clicked on show ticket. When raised concern by calling 139 they did give wrong info and closed on ticket. Next time when called they were saying if it's not reflecting refund will be initiated. They are not confirming it got booked or not Initially they said yes, and then they said no Pathetic support Had to quickly book one more ticket. Not sure if initial booking will have a refund or not
