Very much useful and immediate respond app. When I went to Kottarakkara from Kollam, there is a big noise disturbance from a group of people and after I complained it, within 10 minutes response through a call from top of RPF, and they took stern action at on next station Punalur. I respect suchlike head of Punalur RPF and also we, me and brother gives a big salute.

EXCELLENT App. I raised a complaint, and it was solved within 10 minutes. Railways are doing an excellent job in customer care service and enhancement of facilities of the customers. People come here only to post negative reviews. But when the problem is solved, no one cares to appreciate it by posting a good review. I am not like others, so posting my genuine review.

One of the Best घटिया app ever. 139 is a Useless helpline number. Passengers problem not solved, by the railways.

Another worst app by Indian Government. I was traveling in reservation coach, but many general passengers entered in my coach and took up the whole space of my coach. I heard about this app before, so I installed it but to my surprise it always redirected me to WhatsApp. I somehow raised complaint through WhatsApp. But they closed my ticket in just 5 minutes, saying that the issue is solved now and nothing was done in reality, regarding my complaint. Useless application. It directs me to WhatsApp chatbot when I try to raise a complaint. WhatsApp chatbot doesn't recognize the PNR number. The toilets are stinking and there is no way to raise a complaint. What's the use of such applications?
