Please add option to keep the current state after lock/unlock. If the door is locked, after unlocking to stay unlocked. If the door is unlocked, after locking to stay locked. This option is very useful for offices. Also, please allow "normal handle" option to be assigned to users if admin allows it.

Quite frustrating situation when previous tenant unpaired the lock fron his device and new cannot pair it again, so the lock becomes unusable. It Algiers one use only. No success finding any sort of information online.

Not well-designed and has some trouble to configure the lock. First of all the app can't be used if the phone uses navigation buttons. The app unfortunately has all software buttons exactly below the nav buttons of the phone so that the app can't be used while the nav buttons are in use... I have to change the phone settings each time I want to use the app. Also removing users or codes from the lock doesn't work. In the app the code is not registered anymore but the code still works...
