It's pretty nice and works well, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it randomly takes off our library card numbers super annoying and gets locked up a lot

Makes finding books easier. The curbside pick isn't recommended but putting books on hold is a big bonus to this app.

The old app let me download to my kindle but this one says my device is not acceptable. Don't need your app of it won't do to kindle. Stupid

App is now trash since the last update. I've waited over a month for an ebook that I placed on hold. I could not find anywhere on this app to get the book, and it canceled my "Hold".

Hours should be longer. Too many popular audiobooks not offered through Overdrive (a competing library service is much better). Ebooks offered primarily in .epub format, so you have to deform them & convert to .mobi for Kindle. Too few leases for popular books leading to months-long hold times.

There isn't any way to change your name in the app or the website. So every time I use the app it says "Welcome [DEADNAME]" with my dead name being in all caps. It's very disturbing and makes me feel as if the library isn't a safe space for trans people like me.
