Interesting! Other reviewers need to try again...there is plenty of helpful info here and hopefully more to come from helpful user suggestions. Take it from a service center worker from the competition. I will recommend this and refer people to this app now instead of saying "You can Google it" for simple answers and to get customers to take a bit more responsibility and learn something to improve their camping experience. I'm hoping this ap is not an indication of quality from Jay co.... Ap continues to crash. Videos are all on YouTube also all are over 2 years old. Ap is pretty much useless at this point perhaps it may get better.

Ok, but not what I was expecting. The app works fine on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, no freezes or crashes. The app does have some useful information, but no ability to customize. Each time you launch the app, you must click through to the area(s) you are looking for. While the content is ok, there definitely needs to be more (lack of older owner's manuals, maintenance tutorials, etc.) Speaking of owner's manuals, the fact that I have to enter personal information and agree to have my info used for marketing is a NON-STARTER. The checklists are good, but not editable. The few maintenance tutorials that are there are ok, but you cannot full screen the video and screen rotation of the video is disabled, so you are forced to watch on a tiny player at the top of the screen with most of the device's display unused. Very poor user experience. Overall, this is a good first step with so much opportunity to make this a great app. Let's hope the developers do read these reviews and take suggestions to heart. So, in case they are open to suggestions, I have these: 1. REMOVE REQUIREMENT TO ENTER PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAD OWNER'S MANUALS! 2. Make the app customizable for your RV's. Like a "garage" feature. 3. Allow the "home screen" to be customizable for shortcuts to the content I find most useful. 4. Make the checklists editable and enable user defined checklists. For example, I have different checklists for water-centric camping vs. hiking/climbing centric outings. Winter vs summer, etc. 5. Enable full-screen option on videos. 6. Upload more maintenance tutorials. Four videos (so far), is paltry at best. I will be uninstalling the app and will revisit it in the future. If it seems more usable, I will try again.
