Update 6/6/22. Developer has resolved the issue. Appreciate the timely response. . Unable to login. Issue needs to be addressed. This is apparently a long-standing problem

I give this app a zero. I saw this problem was reported in July 2022. Here it is today November 2, 2022. It won't let you create an account. It only says log in. Then it says can't find that user account after you put info in. And it never gives you the three bar menu to select anything. Who is your developer? China?
