Really good training plans. Love the walking through on each run by Jeff. His reminders on proper run form, breathing and words of encouragement are great! I am on my second training plan and not only I'm running faster, but I also have plenty of energy at the end of my run. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the gps to count milage on the app is sometimes significantly off. I use my Garmin watch to count milage and a Gym boss for the interval timer to compensate.

I'm not the best at running & have only had the endurance for a 5K at most. This program has drastically changed that & I'm training to do my first 10K now. I highly recommend this for every runner but especially for those of us who desire to run but weren't fully built with a runners body. So thankful for Jeff & giving us the tools I need to not just dream anymore, but I can actually complete races.

Used Training part of app. Saw various statistics as I was running however I stopped short of the 11-mile run that was programmed, and it saved nothing but the mileage. Annoying. Using another app from now on.

The app will stop tracking the mileage if the screen shuts off and frequently crashes mid-run. I've started using other apps to track distance and pace. It also randomly adds miles to the distance all at once. I resigned to using it just for interval tracking, but I ran my first race this weekend, and it would not start. I was having to follow my partner's lead for the walk/run intervals. Customer service response was dismissive as well.

I love Galloway running strategy, but this app is terrible. If I put the screen of my phone to sleep during a run, it pauses the workout. When I put in the date of dopey 2024, the training plan has the races happening the week prior so that the entire plan with a week after the races included ends by January 4th. The race week shows a short run on Tu, then all 4 races on Thursday. There isn't an easy to find dashboard that shows me where I'm at in the training plan. I.e. 30% complete.
