Comments on Jeni's for Android

★★★★★ Nikki Lovely · Jun 12, 2022

Great environment, yummy flavors and such nice employees. Omg...the fresh made cones make the place smell like... perfection.

★★★★★ Karen Rubino · Sep 23, 2024

Excellent suggestions for gluten-free and dairy free!

★★★★★ Taylor M.K. · Jan 27, 2026

Great ice cream and once I learned about Jenis supporting the workers unionizing I knew it was time to download their rewards app and make Jenis the only ice cream I buy

★☆☆☆☆ Markizano Draconus · Nov 5, 2025

Useless app. I have spent well over $200 over the last year and seen **ZERO** points for it. I scan every time and see my activity clearly in the history. What's the point of loyalty points if you don't get rewards??? This was clearly designed for iOS because the back button on Android closes the app instead of navigating to the previous page.

★★☆☆☆ Alexis Frizzelle-Taylor · Jul 22, 2024

The app is cool in theory when it's working. It's an absolute nuisance. I can't believe such a large company has such a poor app. God forbid you forget your password. It won't connect to Facebook. The reset page is linked to malware. Try again then the reset page is invalid pair this needs to be fixed, so people can actually use it when they get new devices

★☆☆☆☆ Jeff Ceretto · Jul 11, 2020

Delivered order was wrong and store could not get us the right order.

★☆☆☆☆ Daniel Hong · Sep 9, 2026

Great store but the app is awful. The rewards don't depend on what you spend and instead is a number of visits. You get 1/4th of a random reward every visit (spin a wheel to get a "piece" of a reward). The name of the wheel spins is also incredibly misleading being named "mystery pints". Kind of disappointing
