★★★★★ Being with Jewel since I was a kid it brings back fond memories of being in the cart with mom and enjoying the shopping trip to the store and that's why I love Jewel-Osco. Period.

★★★★★ I love this app I've saved so much money with it. Loading coupons on is easy and convenient. The downside is that I have to load the coupons on in advance as the app crashes when I get to the store. other than the crashing issue its a great money saver

★★☆☆☆ Prior to yesterday, the app was very useful, I would have given it 4 stars. My husband likes to go through the sale paper and mark off the items, and the old version made finding the items in the app very easy since it was layed out just as the weekly paper ad was. Now you have go hunting for everything through the categories making the process much slower and annoying. You can no longer mark a quantity down in your list. Milk isn't even under Dairy where it's been for years. And now they expect you to give your phone number to the checker when you check out? Jewel stores are notoriously slow for checking out, they never have enough lanes open and it's common to have 10 people in 2 lines with 6 other cashiers closed. This will just slow everything down even more. I also couldn't log in, I finally just created a new account through my PC, couldn't use the app. If there was a way to keep the old version, I'd have done that, but there isn't. The app won't open and forces you to upgrade. Fortunately a new Butera store just opened up across the street from the Jewel I usually go to, Jewel just made it easier on me to go shop elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ I use to love this app! It was super convenient to use and to also see the ad for the week! Since this update I was forced to install the new app completely sucks and is a waste of time! The coupons are so tiny and you can barely read them and you cannot even see the whole ad anymore! Instead you have to look by category for things in the ad. Very disappointing hopefully they go back to the app before the update, otherwise not worth it.
