THE BEST pharmacy I have ever been to. They have a wonderful staff they are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, takes the time to answer any questions.

The only improvements I would make to this app would be to have a separate, intuitively accessible section for BOGO deals and to make coupons easier to use. Otherwise, it does everything I need for shopping at Harris Teeter. It holds my VIC card info, I seem to be able to clip and use coupons in it (which I think could still be easier), and it lets me place pickup orders.

Terrible app, store, customer service. For 5 years I've been trying to be able to use my phone number at the cash register. I've set it up at multiple customer service desks, called the customer service phone number six different times in the last 2 years, was told to download the app and set up my account there and have done that multiple times. It is still telling me that my phone number is not verified. Asinine. I have stopped shopping at Harris teeter because of this app.

I like Harris Teeter as a store, but their app has always frustrated me, and the current version is no exception. The only thing I want to use it for is to easily see the current week's specials. I don't know if the app is capable of easily filtering specials by category, but I can't figure it out.

Unreliable. App removes items from your cart or changes quantities. This is especially true if you have multiple devices working on the order. You can verify it before placing the order then when you show up to the store, items are just gone from the order list. Not out of stock, just disappeared from the order. This has caused multiple issues with meal plans. Search is awful. If you're lucky sometimes using generic term will give you the item on page 10, but brand pfft, nope.
