JF Coach

JF Coach is the client app for Jamie Fitness, a personal training team across Melbourne, Geelong and Sydney.

Everything you do with your trainer lives in one place:

TRAINING
See your program, track every set and rep, and watch your strength go up. Your session history fills itself in, so you and your trainer always know where you're at.

YOUR HEALTH SCORE
One simple number that shows how you're really going, built from your training, nutrition, habits and progress. Tap it to see exactly what's helping and what to do next.

NUTRITION
Your meal guide from your trainer, an AI camera that logs a meal from a photo, a food diary and a full food tracker. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.

PROGRESS
Your weight, measurements and progress photos over time, with your goal always in view.

CHALLENGES
Earn points for training, steps and habits, level up, take on weekly challenges and see where you rank on the leaderboard.

WELLBEING
Rate your mood in one tap, set a mood goal and take a guided breathing break when you need one.

HEALTH CONNECT
Connect Health Connect once and your steps, workouts and meals flow in automatically. Nothing to log twice.

YOUR COACH, ALWAYS THERE
Message your trainer, see your upcoming sessions, keep your habits on track, and get a hand from JFI, the Jamie Fitness intelligent assistant, any time you need it.
