★★★★★ Really good app, makes progress tracking easy and ongoing communication easy. Great demo videos for each exercise and the option to substitute exercises is great for when the gym is busy and the equipment you need is taken.

★★★★★ I love this app. My trainer can put in my workouts with videos. It has food recipes on hand for the amount of calories I need, and I can track my weight and body stats.

★★☆☆☆ Such a scam. I thought I was getting a free trial, but then it charged me the full price right away saying I did an upgrade or something even though I didn't (30 dollars usd which is 40 cads for me) and they won't refund me. Shame on you people.

★★☆☆☆ Signing up is a scam. I was shown 4 options of payment for 7 days trial period: $0.5 - $3 - $10 - $18 I chose $3. And $3 were withdrawn, immediately after that I received a notification: $24 withdrawal on my card. After checking the meal plan, I asked for substitutes for some ingredients unavailable in my country, they don't know!!! After requesting by email to be refunded and cancel my subscription. I got a negative reply. It's a scam.
