Hi, could you fix sync problem (sometimes can't sync or sync fail many times) and invite people active problem (need to prepare invitation for long time) thank you. Other things are pretty good.

I have already bought the app at 28/6/2020, but when I try to create a workout on my desktop, is always telling me that I'm just a phone user, so I need to update my license and put me on the page like if I'm a new subscriber...??? Support is taking too long to help

First you have to pay $100 for app set up fee. Just to end up having to do everything yourself anyway because the technical rep decided to quit his job, and I was left hanging for a week when I needed that program. The scheduled call with a specialist to go over the app with me... Left me hanging because he quit... So again I pay and got nothing and waiting a month for an answer and didn't hear back from them. When I tried to cancel my subscription...they laughed at me and said sorry you have to pay the whole amount. The app doesn't even work well. Stalls all the time. Makes no sense. You guys should be embarrassed and ashamed to make me pay for none functional service.and to have the audacity to say the best offer u can give me is if I refer a friend you give me $100 credit lol are you guys stupid... Why on earth would I do that . Salesmanship was fantastic, but you failed to deliver on all accounts
