Absolute fraud and terrible service. I ordered food through this app, but they delivered random, spoiled items instead of my actual order. The customer support is entirely non-existent—no one is taking responsibility, and they have taken zero action on my complaints. Save your money and avoid this app!

Jiffy se order nahi karna bhut poor service hai.12:53 order kiya aur delivery 15:45 mein mila. Mere pass screenshot Pic bhi hai... upload ka option hota toh kar deti.

No customer support. I ordered for Amul Salted Butter, and I was delivered Delicious Butter, which is 1/3 of the price. I lodge complaint with them within 2 hours as I found the same. On my complaint they replied and confirm the action on it. No action taken and my complaint was closed. They don't even reply though I was continuously forwarding my complaint. Earlier I thought this was done by the delivery person, but now it seems that this was deliberately done by then. Be aware.
