Now this app deserves the credit of getting 5 stars for it's surprising method of refunding system instantly along with the payment and refund with the consecutive transaction without any delay. Only one drawback is occurred that I was not informed about the refund for which I was very, very anxious. At last, I found the refund in the payment app's transaction history. The worst app. No one has responsibility about your delivery. No one picked up your phone call, delivery boy/ customer care. I don't get my order...but both of them are irresponsible.

It's very, very bad. They will mention delivery within 25 minutes, but the app will get refreshed every 15 minutes, and you will nvr get the delivery. They do not have proper customer care, it will take hours to rch a customer care executive and he or she will just say 'As per my system in another 15 minutes it will be delivered' but hold on again when you try to call after 15 minutes it will take you two hours to reach them and same status repeated. Finally, your order will be cancelled & no refund.

A very pathetic app. Can't reach customer service nor can I contact my delivery partner. I wasted my money. Did not receive an order and wasted my time as well while I was fasting and waiting for food. PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. And jiffy by Spencer I want my money back.

Since the Spencer's app has been replaced by the goddamn Jiffy app it has become the worst of the worst app. Not only is the delivery late by at least an hour, but their customer service is also totally nonfunctional. They also failed to deliver me a product worth Rs 110/- very recently which I had paid for.
