No customer support. I ordered for Amul Salted Butter, and I was delivered Delicious Butter, which is 1/3 of the price. I lodge complaint with them within 2 hours as I found the same. On my complaint they replied and confirm the action on it. No action taken and my complaint was closed. They don't even reply though I was continuously forwarding my complaint. Earlier I thought this was done by the delivery person, but now it seems that this was deliberately done by then. Be aware.

Very bad experience here and understanding customer concerns and helping him to resolve it. My concern is not resolved, and it was pathetic service from Spencer. Also, if u don't have an item in stock then don't take payment and then cancel it and provide a refund. In the first place only order should not be taken if the item is out of stock. The refund policy is also very bad and if you try to chat with customer service they are likely to reply after a decade and also won't resolve issues.

TERRIBLE. Scammers. They'll randomly cancel items once the order is placed and paid for. Then the customer service will ghost you till you give up. There's too many good enough delivery apps other than this. Jiffy should be taken down.
