Everyone is entitled to there opinion, but I have been driving with Jiffy cabs since I was thirteen years old since 1999 when I moved to St. John's. I think the new app and new technology in 2023 is important ways of improving services for the customers. This app also makes it much more safe for the customer and driver. I know people complain about the wait times however understand that without the drivers sometimes the wait times will be longer and in cases when they are busy. Respect the driver

Used for vacation to St. John's NL. Worked well. Ability to specify minivan ensured our family of 6 could get a ride (unlike Uber & Kabby). Cost of trip is estimated so no surprises. Only con is rides are more expensive than a rideshare. Minor quibble with the app: I could specify vehicle type (minivan) but it always said 4 passengers (?).

I love the convenience. Booked a cab, and it was here within a few minutes. Just like doordash or skipthedishes I could see where he was and when he got to me. Still sitting in the cab as I write this and so far it's a normal cab ride besides the major convenience of knowing where the cab was. The only thing I have to say is the notifications. I got a call and an email and other notifications. It's just a bit too much. The cabbies also asked my destination despite me having put the destination in

Been trying to use this app over the years during medical trips. Too many bugs with locating where I am, feels like they charge extra to order them on here, better off to just call the phone number.

I've used this app twice now, once for Jiffy a once for city wide. Same app. In each case a service charge of $1.25 was added. In the app it says service charges are for wait times or tolls. That's BS. Also, with Jiffy I ordered by the app, but intended on paying by direct client acct. Ie taxi chit. That service charge was still applied per the app history. I'll avoid the app for this reason
