Jiifit Hero

Jiffit Hero is the work app for Jiffit's service partners. It is not a
booking app for customers — you need an approved Jiffit partner account to
sign in and use it.

If you are a customer looking to book a cleaning service, please install
the Jiffit app instead.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Start your day
Mark attendance with a selfie at your hub and go on duty. Your shift hours,
weekly offs and hub details are always on the home screen.

Get work near you
Jobs are offered to the partner closest to the customer, one at a time, so
you are never handed a list to sort through. Accept, navigate to the
address, and get on with it.

Do the job and record it
Take a before photo, enter the customer's start code where one is needed,
and finish with an after photo. Both are taken with the camera at the
property, so the work is on record if a customer ever asks.

See what you have earned
Daily earnings, incentives, penalties and monthly payslips, all in one
place. Where you collect cash, record it in the app and hand it in as your
hub instructs.

Time off
Apply for leave, see your weekly offs, and request approval from your
manager when you want to work on one.

Learn and grow
Training modules and certificates, a social feed to keep up with other
partners, and Share & Earn to refer someone you know.

Help when you need it
Support chat with the office, and an SOS button on every job screen.

YOUR PRIVACY

Location is shared only while you are on duty. When you punch in, a
permanent notification tells you it is on; when you punch out, it stops.
The app holds no permission that would let it track you off duty.

Your Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence and bank details are collected once,
during onboarding, to verify you and to pay you. They are never shown to
customers.

The app does not show advertisements and contains no advertising or
analytics software.

LANGUAGES

Works in English, Hindi and Hinglish. Change it any time from Profile →
Language Settings.
