Helpling Partner is the app for self-employed cleaners working with Helpling to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via smartphone. Whether at home on the sofa, or on the way to your next job, you can manage your business anytime and anywhere. With the notification function, you receive live updates about your jobs on the go.
The app is available for cleaners working with Helpling in Australia, Singapore, France, Germany and Netherlands.

Honestly I would have given this app more than 5 stars if possible, if not for any other thing, their customer's care are wonderful! Very respectful, gradually answer all your questions and always ready to help! Again, the app is user-friendly! But I would have given the app one star if possible because 1. Method of payment is poor, no fixed date at all, they pay you any time they like! So disgusting! 2. The commission is too much, if you increase ur the amt, they increase the commission. Bad

I have never taken time to rate an app, but I must do now. In Germany, I worked with a client since October and about a month later the payment is still in progress and to receive the payment faster, 5 euros has to be deducted. But weras the payment was supposed to be transferred to my account 2 weeks ago! Not to talk Abt the commission fees you pay to this site! I got an offer for 22 euros per hour but my services was calculated 12 euros per hour😢 all in the name of Commission charges

They don't let to choose the cleaner (while giving the feeling that it's someone you picked), so I got cleaners with low ratings, and they indeed don't do a good job.

Horrible. The app don't recognize my email and password, and I paid 50 euro for this. I couldn't find any customer. Don't use.

Payment by this app is very, very annoying. How could you divide a monthly income into three payments plans. E.g. if in a particular month you are to earn €1000 after a successful cleaning, these officers will divide this money into three payments destroying its value because it is paid in bit and little. They will pay 1st part on 17th of that month, 2nd part in the following month and on the 3rd, and the 3rd/final part on 17th of another month. At most twice payment. Work on it.
