Helpling Partner is the app for self-employed cleaners working with Helpling to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via smartphone. Whether at home on the sofa, or on the way to your next job, you can manage your business anytime and anywhere. With the notification function, you receive live updates about your jobs on the go.
The app is available for cleaners working with Helpling in Australia, Singapore, France, Germany and Netherlands.

✔Payments and Transfers: Claim payments for completed jobs and view previous payments
✔Live updates about your jobs - including reminders about upcoming jobs and notifications of changes to any jobs.

Honestly I would have given this app more than 5 stars if possible, if not for any other thing, their customer's care are wonderful! Very respectful, gradually answer all your questions and always ready to help! Again, the app is user-friendly! But I would have given the app one star if possible because 1. Method of payment is poor, no fixed date at all, they pay you any time they like! So disgusting! 2. The commission is too much, if you increase ur the amt, they increase the commission. Bad

The greediness is likened to none, they cut out a great percentage of your money after each cleaning service and would delay paying you when due. Total waste of your precious time.

They take a lot of money from the cleaners and money never comes on time. It's really sad. I would never recommend it.

I am disappointed, the app is helpful until they can't help with a payment follow up and tell you there is nothing they can do to help. If they can wait for a commission why not push through as the contractors with people who make it difficult to pay. Basically as a cleaner there is no security and help if you face any challenges. I have reference emails for this.
