Very terrible service. I WhatsApp them at 3pm. They responded say will get back but only at 6pm asking if I need help. I responded, but they ignore then at 8pm post say they will respond next week. Very bad service and very hack care. No idea who is mending the WhatsApp. Terrible.

Just horrible. Cleaners show up when they please doing you a favor for your money. It is impossible to cancel a pending request, need to contact help center

If you're already a customer with multiple one time bookings & try to book online, they'll show u your preferred cleaner's availability but in fact, they will not give u your preferred slot and will tell u that she's fully booked the entire year cos they want u to book a recurring or a regular cleaning which u will have to pay upfront with no way of cancelling online unless they let u. If u do not book recurring, they will insist on referring u to book their other idle or unwanted cleaners

Cleaner cancelled my booking 1 hour before appointment. I can't complain about it in the app, because the app shows that I have no appointments suitable for such complaints. No option to chat with customer service at all.

Selected the highest tier, $25/hr weekly cleaning services, expecting a fuss free weekly cleaning service. Yet they sent me a new to Helpling helper who was clueless, and I had to work alongside her to get things done.
