SYNC WITH LISTING PLATFORMS Properly seamlessly integrates with Airbnb and HomeAway (more platforms on the way) so you can sync your bookings and schedule turnover cleanings directly inside the app. You can also connect multiple accounts to manage all of your clients’ rentals from one login.
COMMUNICATE BETTER Properly checklists let you use photos and text to explain things like: where supplies are located; how to fold and present linens; what welcome gifts to put out; where to put the keys when they are finished, etc. Cleaners can translate all of your text notes into their preferred language.

This app has changed my life in terms of making managing my cleaners so easy. It has some really great features like the checklists, presaged job requests and good integrations with different hosting platforms, but there are still some bugs and things I'd expect to see developed such as the mobile app's calendar view and buggy filters. Calendar view in monthly would be good. I've been really impressed with the customer support though, so I'd recommend this app!

Very easy to use. It syncs quickly with my airbnb bookings. Keeps me organized with my cleaner as jobs are booked in ahead of time. I can also see when jobs are completed.

I hope this will come to your attention, when I try checking job history, It's like hit or miss, some time it will sometimes show it doesn't. Please fix that instead of the theme color.

Won't let me connect an airbnb profile. Click on connect and nothing happens. All other listing platforms open when connect is clicked

The app has not been syncing correctly, missing jobs. It does not erase cancelled bookings, and has continued to incorrectly show dates for checkout. Big fail. I am having to manually manipulate dates each time I want to send a job.

I have been using this app for 2 years, and not because I want to but because the property management company I work for wants all the housekeepers to use this app. Being a housekeeper and the one that actually has to use the app, let me tell you, it completely sucks. It is so glitchy and slow. I hate this app. I literally want to throw my phone at the wall sometimes. This app is so frustrating.
