Beware! No physical card! It's a virtual-prepaid card! At first this app seemed amazing, however, now I have money in my account and I can't access it without using my Google wallet which you can only use online or with tap to pay. So I am limited on where I can spend my money and I have no way to get cash off the card without waiting business days! This frustrates me greatly when I try to add my jim card to my chime account it tells me I can't due to it being categorized as a prepaid card!

There isn't an option to use a business name if it isn't an LLC. So you are stuck using your First, middle & last name as your handle & that is what is visible on the customer receipt. This is automatic when you sign up you have to scan your photo ID to continue the process. I never entered my middle name &once I completed up my account/profile I have seen my whole legal name. I asked support if they could change it. I was told no if you are a sole proprietor. Random customers don't need my whole name!

Don't waste your time or money on this they charge you for every transaction it won't let you update anything what's your name and there's no physical card
