The app is great and full of lots of in depth programs and the built-in tabata timer is helpful if you are following a program that uses those. Where an improvement is needed is having the full detail in each program when you schedule the workout. There are programs that have additional runs/cardio/body weight sequences that you wouldn't know about unless you read the program description and then reopen the program. So, you have to Exit your program, search for it just to know rest times/cardio.
