Always a great sandwich! I think it is kinda lame they went to on all reward point items, but everything is going up, so I guess whatever. Service is always good as well, and I travel a lot for work and have eaten at a lot of different Jimmy John's.

I can only assume at this point that it's the app and not the store. Whetstone Way in Baltimore MD. Literally NEVER available for delivery or in store pickup. They never answer the phone. Which is a shame bc their food is so good when they actually decide to work.

It's happened more than once now that I ordered through the app for delivery ASAP while I'm at work. I use the app to order for delivery for the convenience that I don't have to leave to go get food. But to get delivery from Jimmy John's that's not even that far away from my place of work it's taken OVER AN HOUR to arrive. I'm extremely disappointed. I tried to leave feedback on the app but there was nowhere to leave feedback or get customer service. I believe I'm owed a refund.

The UI is okay, but there are five predatory ads for terrible companies before I'm allowed to order a sandwich it's a huge issue.

Place an order, get an ad for poly market (and the risk it's illegal to use where you're at, by their warning legalese) and an ad for financial services. In an ordering app. AFTER I gave you money. Really?
