I ordered the bootlegger we should have roast beef turkey provolone lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and what kind of sandwich did I get today just roast beef no cheese. Jimmy John's let me down today. I only have so much for lunch, and now I don't have enough time to get the correct sandwich I ordered 😤

I have no problem with the app, but I am nothing that some stores locations are not following food safety rules because they want to save on labor. One employee running the store and when cleaning and ringing up customers order the keep on the same gloves that they are using to make people food, and I ran into this at many different locations in my home state of Georgia in downtown Decatur and Atlanta GA other locations. And why do I have to ask for my receipt for my order after I paid for my food

The app sucks when it comes to using reward points. Kept trying to use my points to get a drink, and it wouldn't let me place the order. Once I took the drink off, I was able to place my order but now my points are gone. Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!

The Vito is freaky fast, but these DraftKings popups are freaky annoying. I shouldn't have to dodge sports betting ads just to order a sandwich. Fix the app and get rid of the popups.
