JM Coach Online

JM Coach Online is the coaching app for clients of Jaime Nortes Moro, an online personal trainer in Darwin. Jaime coaches day by day, not just week by week, and this app is where that happens.

Each day, clients send a short check-in on how the day went. Jaime reads it, looks at the week so far and replies, so small problems get fixed on Tuesday instead of at the end of the month. Once a week a fuller check-in adds body weight, measurements and progress photos.

Training comes from a program Jaime writes for each client. Open the day's session, follow the exercise demos, and log every set, rep and weight with a rest timer running between sets. Jaime sees what was lifted and adjusts the next block from real numbers.

Food follows a plan as well. Clients get a meal plan from Jaime and log what they eat against daily calorie and macro targets, so the numbers stay honest on busy days too.

What clients use every day:
- The daily check-in, with a reply from Jaime
- Today's workout, logged set by set
- Meal plan and food log with calorie and macro targets
- Weekly check-ins with progress photos and measurements
- Charts for body weight, measurements and strength
- Messages with Jaime, including voice notes
- Health Connect on Android for steps and sleep

Coaching is arranged and paid for directly with JM Coach; nothing is sold in the app.
