I was honestly very Questionable towards any app regarding the bible. Seeing how I have a serious mistrust of people, and I understand very well how the devil works, it doesn't seem far off that the devil would manipulate the text for evil. As of now, as far as I can tell this app is pretty good.

EDIT: CHANGED TO 1 STAR FROM A 5-STAR REVIEW.- WHY? ADS!!!!! I HAVE BEEN USING THIS APP FOR MORE THAN A DECADE!! SUCH A SIMPLE APP TO RECEIVE A BIBLE VERSE DAILY HOW GREEDY CAN U BECOME.? Initially it was one or two ADs, and it was a bearable coz I thought watching them the Devs can make some money - it's fine, but lately it's become RIDICULOUS!! THERE ARE SO MANY ADS I CAN'T EVEN READ THE VERSE (ADS POP UP) OLD : Everyday I wake up to a beautiful bible verse from this app.!.. God bless you!

I've really enjoyed this app over the years, especially the daily trivia questions that I share with my family. However, I was recently disappointed to see an app notification about mourning Charlie Kirk but nothing about Voddie Baucham who also passed recently. Voddie Baucham was a world renowned and well respected pastor who also died unexpectedly. Why wasn't the same courtesy given for him? I'm not sure the reason for the partiality, but it makes me think it's time to consider another app
