Just like with John GBA, this is the best android emulator for its systems (NES/SNES). Easy to use, easy to set up, It just works. Like I said with John GBA, I definitely wish there was a feature to add screen filters like CRT TV or scan-lines, and I would honestly pay extra for this as a feature. Much love to the John dev team, thank you for your excellent product.

One of the best emulators but the main issue is that it's not compatible with a bunch of NES mappers. So if you like home brews, romhacks, bootlegs, regional games. Too bad. Those definitely will not work.

Long ago I bought the John SNES emulator and paid for it. Now that I wanted to use it again I realize it no longer exists in the play store, instead we get this emulator that you need to pay for again. Not fair

NES games don't even support MMC5 mapper, no support for FDS, no NES Zapper support (like w NES Nostalgia) no SNES Super Scope support, no SNES mouse support, emulator hasn't been properly updated in YEARS to add any features, emulator is only good because of the clean UI. Bare bones experience.
