The application works great. The only complaint I have is the loss of the ability to designate "bricked" and "well done" as options on the pizzas. They disappeared as options after an update a while back.

They keep messing up my order. I'm owed like $40 sauces, and another $80 in toppings over 2 years. The only reason I ever order is that I'm crippled, and it's a close walk. I always tip the staff at the establishment, but it feels as if I'm not valued. Employees are arrogant and ignorant. I worked almost a year at said establishment, and it's really not all that hard. Even with me running all 4! Positions at once i.e. Makeup board, cashier,xo, runner. There's rarely any work ethic at most locations

I used the app and selected the location I would be picking my order up at. Then I selected order for pickup at the location I SELECTED. Drove to the location only to be told my order wasn't there. Evidently the system changed my pickup location WITHOUT my knowledge before I completed my order. So now I will have to drive out of my way to go pick up a now cold pizza because your app doesn't leave details as selected when you start the order.

Garbage app. I'm trying to give you money and your pos app won't let me. I've added my order. I've added my card. When I click place order nothing happens. Absolute trash.

Seems outdated not user-friendly and colors seem dim and dull so not attracting buyers .points system sucks especially considering price of their pizzas being so much and no true specials like dominos or Pizza Hut.
