Awesome cheese steaks and good fries not overcook. The fries make the meal.

LOVE Pat's quality of delicious food options. Pat's is my go to for these reasons in both restaurant & delivery. I often recommend this local spot. Only 1 drawback -1 ☆. .well you asked :) I experience 9 of 10 deliveries, my request are overlooked & not met. I ask for extra napkins, none are sent. I ask "please do not send individual packets of ketchup, instead a small condiment cup with lid" I'll stop examples there.EZ fix is considered identifying what part of the chain should ensure this. TY&BBS!

Great App! I have used this App many times, because the food is just that good, and my order & my delivery are always correct!

Overpriced food! They charge alot and give you little. 3.99 delivery charge then the option to add tip on top of that. I don't mind giving a 20% tip to the driver but to add 3.99. Does this go to the driver? Btw, you can easily spend $24 for cheese steak.

Where's my pizza? Pats you got my hopes up

Min order amount for delivery changes while choosing items. After selecting one item, a banner at the top says '$9 order required for delivery'. As soon as I select another item and add a coupon, the minimum changes to $15. Not cool.

The app works great but could use a special instruction field because when I order spaghetti with just sauce and no meat or cheese selected, the cook still manages to melt provolone on top. I have to call to physically tell a person the order number to not have cheese on my spaghetti... The staff just can't or hasn't comprehended the special order instructions section.
