It's always hit or miss on customer service skills. The pizza 🍕 is always pretty good. I've had any problems in the food department. I'd still recommend it to anyone who want good Italian food.

I want to personally thank Alex who works at Rosati's in Algonquin for his help last week with my catering order for the Funeral Luncheon of my sister. I had to order long distance as I live in Florida and Alex was just so accommodating with what was needed. The Luncheon was perfect; the food was hot and delicious. Everyone raved about it; including my Italian relatives who are very hard to please. Thank you, again, Alex, for your kindness. I hope you get a raise for your hard work!

Cant reset my password, did the email request, they kick it back saying account not found. So I try to make a new account, says my phone number and email are already in use lol... so can't even make a new account. Like my god... I know why I stopped ordering pizza from here.

"Get free 12" 2-topping thin crust pizza when you download the app and sign up for rewards program" does not show up in rewards or coupons tab, no info on how to get my free pizza. Also, won't take the normal coupon codes when I try and check out. Waste of time, uninstalling and calling in my order.

The app needs to say if the restaurant has canceled an order. I tried to redeem the 12" thin crust pizza. After ordering and receiving an email confirmation, the restaurant canceled my order because they do not honor that promotion. I only had a hunch that something was wrong because I'd clicked "track order," which told me that my order had been picked up already and made it disappear from the app. Had I not done that and then called the restaurant, I would not have known it had been canceled.

Tried this app 3 times now and it each time it's useless. Doesn't show many locations in Indiana still after trying off and on for years now. Just use the mobile site, I can at least order from my location there. This isn't a negative review of the chain either. I love rosatis. Just not this useless app.
