Rosati's Pizza Is Well Organized, I Had Gotten A Bit of Rosati's Pizza Earlier it Was Really Tasty & When It Arrived it Wasn't with Any Rotten Crust While it Came in the Box, Since Either Going to a different Pizza restaurant other than Rosati's I Felt Most Likely the Delivery time was quite as to When the Pizza was originally Ordered it was Great, Rosati's Pizza As Well Has Carry On That Come in Smaller Sizes That Fit into the Box Container, With A Deal You Could Select to Get A Pizza Box.

It's always hit or miss on customer service skills. The pizza 🍕 is always pretty good. I've had any problems in the food department. I'd still recommend it to anyone who want good Italian food.

I want to personally thank Alex who works at Rosati's in Algonquin for his help last week with my catering order for the Funeral Luncheon of my sister. I had to order long distance as I live in Florida and Alex was just so accommodating with what was needed. The Luncheon was perfect; the food was hot and delicious. Everyone raved about it; including my Italian relatives who are very hard to please. Thank you, again, Alex, for your kindness. I hope you get a raise for your hard work!

The app needs to say if the restaurant has canceled an order. I tried to redeem the 12" thin crust pizza. After ordering and receiving an email confirmation, the restaurant canceled my order because they do not honor that promotion. I only had a hunch that something was wrong because I'd clicked "track order," which told me that my order had been picked up already and made it disappear from the app. Had I not done that and then called the restaurant, I would not have known it had been canceled.

"Get free 12" 2-topping thin crust pizza when you download the app and sign up for rewards program" does not show up in rewards or coupons tab, no info on how to get my free pizza. Also, won't take the normal coupon codes when I try and check out. Waste of time, uninstalling and calling in my order.
