So far, I've used the app a dozen times for both pick up and delivery in my area depending on what specials are showing. So far it has performed well with order creation, payment and updating during the preparation of my order as well as showing the location of driver during delivery orders. I'm perfectly happy with it.

Ordering is fine but doesn't keep track of your order history leading to you not getting your club 11–11 points. Just opened the app for an order which should give me 'cash back' but my last 2 orders were not counted. I have called in the past for a similar issue and was told I haven't ordered in the last 6 months. Not in the mood to check my purchase history after every order and definitely not in the mood to call them every time if my order is not tracked. Moving on to other pizza joints.

This app is a joke. After purchasing dozens and dozens of pizzas, I got a coupon for a free pizza. But to use said coupon, I need to spend more than the price of the pizza, and that's even if I pick it up myself. Minimum order fees only make me go somewhere else. It only makes sense for delivery, not pick up.

Free pizza slice scanning does not work and does not even say why. It redirects me to the Change password page for no reason. Why is there an app update if the previous issues do not get fixed? Disappointed.
