If you find yourself getting overwhelmed with information and data on other training apps, then JOIN is a great solution. It gives just enough data to motivate you while giving you workouts that aren't boring to meet your goal. The integration with Training Peaks makes it easy to do your workouts how and where you want. The ability to choose your availability makes it easy to fit it into your life. It's taken training from stressful to exciting for me.

Installed the app for training purposes only at this moment. Using heart-rate and power it provides a weekly training plan. Connection to strata is very handy and easy to set up! The overview of the suggested training is very clear and the dashboard shows the most important parameters. Like the sleek look! I chose this app as I heard that it been possible to add rides and have the plan adapted with this information. This option however is fairly rudimentary at this moment (only provide expected ride time). I would prefer to add some expected intensity value besides the expected ride time. In that way the training program can be adapted better to these added rides. Planning is only for the next week, and it is not possible to increase or lower your availability further in future (e.g. holidays which could be incorporated either as a taper or as training camp, whatever your holiday is about)

Not what I expected. I joined the free trial and love the concept of adaptive training plans, so I started the winter base plan. I thought this would just be ticking over in the off season, within the first week I have a 30 min threshold session scheduled, usually you would build up to threshold effort of this length over weeks, not straight into long hard efforts. Not what I'm looking for in the winter off season.

Re-joined after first disliking it. Found it a confusing proposition. Is now more clearly training only. I ignore the social part. I'm still confused by its flow. Eg when selecting alt workouts, I always forget to select it... Ending up with not the workout I hoped for. Further: would like more feedback on how I'm doing (like TP...). Integration with Garmin is good. Would be awesome if I could sync the training calendar to e.g. google/Outlook. Had hopes it developed further. Not convinced yet...
