Trainer Road has genuinely improved my cycling this season. As a structured trainer doing regular interval work each week, the plans, adaptive training, and AI FTP detection have kept my targets right where they should be without constant testing. Recent update has broken the app, white screen when opening app. Force stop, clear data, clear cache, reinstall, restart phone. Nothing has solved the issue and has caused me to miss today's workout.

Since the new AI update all my workouts are incredibly hard or not passable. It's been two weeks of not consistently being able to complete workouts because they're too hard. I've accepted every FTP change and filled every survey. It was fantastic before this update. Now there is also an issue of syncing the workouts to zwift. I shouldn't have work for 30 mins to bodge my way into getting a workout to load. I've lost my patience with this platform now after being a happy customer of 4 years
