Joint Recovery Services is a new-age premium Web and App based platform that brings multiple healthcare related services under one umbrella. Through our telehealth-based platform, we have streamlined patient referral, physical therapy treatment, patient progress tracking and reporting processes. The interface enables you to effortlessly manage your physical therapy appointments with your board-certified physical therapist referred by your physician. This means, physical therapy treatment is now just a click away, without having to visit a brick-and-mortar physical therapy clinic.
As soon as you are scheduled for a joint replacement surgery, your physician refers you to Joint Recovery Services by creating and sending a digital referral right from the App and the hospital administration creates your profile as a patient. Your physical therapy care then starts even before your surgery itself. The supervising physical therapist conducts telehealth treatment sessions followed by the PTA visiting your home to provide regular physical therapy in-home sessions. No more worries of visiting a brick and mortar clinic or hospital for your physical therapy treatments. Your progress is then tracked by all the concerned providers to timely notice any red-flags and modify the treatment protocol to best suits your requirements.
During the 2-way video call through our app with your physical therapy expert, a thorough evaluation is done, and a customized home exercise program is provided including the images, video and written instructions. The App also enables you to have secure messaging with your provider, upload relevant documents, update medical history etc. Our security and encryption is in-line with HIPAA standard guidelines.
