Keeps saying there's an update when I open the app and there's no update. Then there's a pop-up asking if I want to take my vitals now or later. If I say now it boots me out of the app. If I say later the pop-up goes away for about 10 seconds pops back up and then another pop up comes on saying something to the effect of this application is having a hard time loading close now or wait. I press wait. It shows it's loading and says close or wait again. Your app is the only one that does this.

Doesn't give accurate information kicks me off every time I try to use it. When I do get on it, I have to restart as it drops connection to Wi-Fi. I'd never recommend it and I am forced to use it. The only good thing is the staff both nursing & tech are very nice.

GARBAGE! Provided to me by my physician to monitor specific aspects of my care, I thought it would be a huge asset. I quickly discovered that at least 75% of the content is unavailable. Upon contacting tech support, uninstalling and reinstalling, there is no change. They could only tell me that they could access all content on their end and would forward my issues on to development and maybe there would be an update soon to fix a bug. Using since 5/30/23 & so far, no change.

It asks the same quiz questions repeatedly and doesn't provide any information that is actually useful. It's a pain in the butt to do every day and has no personal benefits' health benefits; it is just a waste of time.

Keeps closing will not let me finish the daily tasks when it says quick dash I try to go into it, and it stops, I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice
