Dr mimes has helped tremendously with not only pain but my outlook on life, family, and I'm seeing friends again and able to walk around without burning stinging pain. The app is useless. It asks repeatedly how many hours I slept last night and its quality. At one time I could log pain but that is apparently gone. Now it is a nuisance, so I turned off notifications.

Have to enter a code every time I log in, I receive multiple messages about logging my pain score and the app only allows it once a day. The videos are repetitive and so are the quiz questions. Not useful if my phone runs out of time due to having to receive a text with the code.
