This app is a brilliant app. As I have just had a full hip replacement, I go onto the app, and it gives you some daily exercises, that are suitable, to help with your rehabilitation and mobility. It gives you great encouragement and motivation, to keep up with the exercises, regularly. You can send messages to your care team, to inform them how you are and your progress, and you always receive a reply. There is also some great information and advice, for before and after surgery. Fantastic app.

This has been a Godsend before and after my knee replacement. A first Class app with first class support attached to it. From suggestions about what to pack for hospital to when I can go swimming and daily reminders with videos of my exercise routine, it really is brilliant. I had a worry with my wound and was able to take a pic, submit it on the app and got an answer back within minutes from a team nurse on the chat facility saying she would see me to check it over and redress. Superb

The My Mobility app is not consistently reading steps on my Samsung S22 phone. The OS is up-to-date, the app is set to never auto sleep, it has read / write access to the phone's step sensors. Another app on my phone, Pedometer Step Counter, has no trouble tracking steps. The few times that My Mobility did read steps, its count was lower by ~100 steps compared to my other app. I have tried clearing the app's cache. Rebooted the phone. It would be helpful to be able to manually enter/edit steps

Let me explain something. If a patient is genuinely in pain that person does not like the same questions asked them every single day. Such as are you having pain. This might agitate the person. How about the person letting you know if anything changes rather than they receive the same questions every day and answer the same questions every day with the same answers every day. My suggestion is DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It is nothing more than someone trying to make money.

My knee was replaced in May and the app has never worked. I've made phone calls, text messages and emails, and they keep saying they're working on it. My so-called 'smart' knee is worthless.

This used to work perfectly. After recent changes it stopped measuring steps properly. Works after a fresh install, but then stops after a day or two. Only works again after another install.
