With myrecovery, you can:

Getting started is simple. You may receive an email or text message from your care team with a link or unique 6-digit PIN to register quickly. In some cases, your surgeon or healthcare provider may direct you to an online form where you can register for the right care pathway. Once you’ve registered, simply sign in with your email and password to start your recovery journey.

SO many glitches. Tells me I have info pages to read when I've done them all, several times. I think it will be useful for my recovery and exercise etc. but the preop content is so frustrating. 3 updates since and still the same issues, none fixed. Emailed support many times. Wish I could see which info pages it thinks I haven't read, so I can try and clear them. So frustrating.

I have yet to really use the app, but the very first screen (before password entry) features some white text on a white background....making it impossible to read and therefore pick the relevant option

can't even use the app, unable to register, and they don't bother to respond to emails. I keep getting reminders to register, ive just had extensive wrist surgery and could do with getting on the app! don't reply here telling me to email support @my recovery, already done that but no reply after a week. Useless.
