Using the app for the refresh program has been a nightmare and no support from technical staff. Took a few days to upload the receipt and still have not received my refresh code.

Doesn't let me upload receipt for my paddle despite it meeting the requirements. Error is always showing that photo is too large and above 10 MB when I am uploading only less than 1 MB.

JO OLA you are Complete trash! I paid $800 for my table and over $600 for a table tennis Infinity robot, and they pull the plug on the 1,000's of customers that have been loyal over the years of buying their products. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again! Enjoy the $1,400 you profit pirates.
