Whyyy on earth would you need to create an account to connect to your sous vide? EDIT: ... connecting to the cloud is an anti-feature and should obviously be optional.

Why on earth is there no book history log with times???? App is very poorly designed and seems to be getting worse in concert with our "premium" sous vide device. We try to do overnight cooks, and there will frequently be a "software error", no notification, and the cook stops. That sucks. On top of that, you lose all temperature logs with time if the cook errors out. Please add a basic log with timestamps for start, stop and temperature reached events that is kept for at least a few days!
