I think our school district did all of us a disservice by requiring us to download an app which only allows us to receive information, and prevents us from responding. Teachers aren't setting up their classrooms, the messages I've sent are not responded to for days. The district did not train the employees on how to use it, and many parents struggled to even log in. Week 4 of the school year and the communication via this app is the worst in the 10 years I've been a JISD parent.

I never get the authorization code ...it never gets sent to my phone. I have to this day never been able to sign in. I have been trying since the beginning of the school year
