Jug Jumble

You have a jug that holds 3 and a jug that holds 5. Can you measure exactly 4?
Jug Jumble is a logic puzzle where you fill, empty and pour between two jugs until one of them holds the target amount.
The rules take seconds to learn, and the later levels give grown-ups plenty to think about. 100 puzzles are included.

HOW TO PLAY
• Each puzzle gives you two jugs (A and B) of different sizes and a target amount
• Six moves: Fill A, Fill B, Empty A, Empty B, Pour A to B, Pour B to A
• Pouring stops when the first jug is empty or the other one is full
• Get the target amount into either jug to solve the puzzle. A jug that reaches the target gets a gold outline
• Undo one move at a time, or Restart from empty jugs

5 WORLDS, 100 PUZZLES
• Droplet Harbor (levels 1–20): 2 to 4 moves to learn how pouring works
• Brook Bridge (21–40): combine filling, emptying and pouring
• Canal Lab (41–60): think in differences and remainders
• Whirlpool Tower (61–80): plan routes of 10 moves or more
• Deep Sea Master (81–100): long puzzles that take 14 to 24 moves even on the shortest route
Every puzzle has been checked with a shortest-route search.

STARS AND PROGRESS
• Earn 1 to 3 stars based on your moves and time
• Solve in the fewest moves, within the gold time and without hints, for 3 stars
• Home shows how many puzzles you have cleared and how many stars you have collected
• Continue jumps to your next unsolved puzzle, and Review practice picks one you finished with fewer than 3 stars

WHEN YOU GET STUCK
• Hints come in three steps: a direction, a way of thinking, then the exact next move
• The next move is worked out from the jugs as they are now, so it still helps after a detour
• After solving, Show shortest route replays the best solution one move at a time, with a slider to jump between steps

TIME ATTACK
• Pick a world, solve five puzzles in a row, then see your total time, total moves and extra moves
