Been using this app for a couple of years now. Had immediate improvements in all my big lifts and changed my lifting paradigms. And now the new updates on this app is just 😙👌 it's perfect in every way. I can see my strength class, customize workouts etc. I've already pulled in a mate to try it out, and they absolutely love it. They are no longer paying for a PT. I want to congratulate the absolute legend who made this app. I'd give a higher rating if I could 🫶

Just an intermediate lifter that's been out of the gym for a bit. Few things I'd like to see, some added workouts, some way to incorporate and track workouts I do that aren't in the gym (running or active recovery days or unplanned workouts that came up instead of planned.) Outside that it's a great workout program that's ambitious but flexible and if you just do what it tells you there's no way you don't improve.

Honestly such a disappointing app. I was excited about trying it after reading rave reviews, but it is a major let down. first of all, claiming it uses any level of AI is questionable. It does not adjust mid-session or even mid-week or month to suit strength or energy levels or injury. At the end of every month it claims to use AI to adjust but what's the point The sessions don't make any sense unless ypu just want to blast the same muscles groups day after day with no recovery. Zero stars.

This app is listed as 'in-app purchases' which usually means free with a choice to pay to upgrade or pay for extras. This is not the case. You cannot use the workout if you do not pay. Misleading.

Incorrect information that Smart Barbell app will be provided for free. I purchased Juggernaut and could never log in to Smart Barbell. Support sometimes took several weeks to respond and could not fix anything in the end.

I was excited about using this app, but became disappointed! Every time I open the app, it glitches and double loads the main page, and when I navigate through the app it keeps going blank. On my first day using it it went blank about 8 times. The only way to resolve it was to close the app and go back in. The other issue, was the timer dampens my music, and it won't go back to normal volume unless I close the app. I've cancelled my subscription and now regret paying for it! 🤦

This "programming" is a joke. It asks no questions about what strongman events you have. It also generates the same generic workout again and again. I bounced between programs thinking I would at least get a different look each time.nope. To be frank Chatgpt prints better programming and at least offers some focus on events.and you can get that for free. So the "customized" part comes in the form of I can swap out the jasperize exercises included in the programming? Don't recommend at all.
