Just an intermediate lifter that's been out of the gym for a bit. Few things I'd like to see, some added workouts, some way to incorporate and track workouts I do that aren't in the gym (running or active recovery days or unplanned workouts that came up instead of planned.) Outside that it's a great workout program that's ambitious but flexible and if you just do what it tells you there's no way you don't improve.

Amazing. This app has revolutionized my training. The core premise of customizing your programming based on your feedback is as close to having a pro strength trainer with you all the time. It adapts to your feedback set by set, day by day, and each day tailored to how you tell it you are feeling in specific parts of the body, how motivated you feel, if you slept enough..... Target was 10 reps rpe 8, but you were struggling... It adapts, set by set. Plus a ton of resources. Phenomenal.

This "programming" is a joke. It asks no questions about what strongman events you have. It also generates the same generic workout again and again. I bounced between programs thinking I would at least get a different look each time.nope. To be frank Chatgpt prints better programming and at least offers some focus on events.and you can get that for free. So the "customized" part comes in the form of I can swap out the jasperize exercises included in the programming? Don't recommend at all.

I'm trying to get back into shape and thought that this app would be helpful - you have to pay 35 bucks to be able to look around in the app - only to find out that this is strictly for gym use. Unless you have a fully built out home gym this is unusable and frankly aggravating that I couldn't look throughout the app to see if these type of workouts would work for me at my house. You get to pay before you get to see anything. $35 down the damn drain. No refunds.

Incorrect information that Smart Barbell app will be provided for free. I purchased Juggernaut and could never log in to Smart Barbell. Support sometimes took several weeks to respond and could not fix anything in the end.

No free trial, but I had enough interest to subscribe for $34.99 per month. A day or 2 later I unsubscribed, uninstalled, & requested a refund, first through Google Play (denied), then by emailing the app developer and got no response. Do not subscribe to this app unless you are willing to spend at least 1.5+ hrs a day at the gym 5+ days a week.

I was excited about using this app, but became disappointed! Every time I open the app, it glitches and double loads the main page, and when I navigate through the app it keeps going blank. On my first day using it it went blank about 8 times. The only way to resolve it was to close the app and go back in. The other issue, was the timer dampens my music, and it won't go back to normal volume unless I close the app. I've cancelled my subscription and now regret paying for it! 🤦
