The Science Behind The Numbers:
Our app employs multiple validated formulas to estimate your one-rep maximum based on your performance with submaximal weights. This provides you with safe strength targets before attempting potentially risky maximal lifts.

Safety Note:
Heavy weightlifting should always be performed with proper technique and appropriate spotting. This app provides estimates based on scientific formulas, but individual performance may vary based on experience level and training history.

Fixed: the app no longer breaks when your phone's font size is turned up. If you use larger text, numbers and labels could overlap or run off the edge of the screen, and buttons could end up out of reach. Everything now stays put and readable, whatever your display settings. Plus the usual polish, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
