Recommended by a colleague as a way to get me running (I can't) already loving the easy-to-use format and fact I can listen to the radio on my smartphone simultaneously. Recently been totally updated and requiring subscription beyond basic level I believe. Despite that, so grateful to it for helping me learn to run when I thought I couldn't.

I came to this app cautiously, unsure if I could follow the schedule and if the program would actually work for me. I decided to only run 2x/week because 3x seemed daunting. I love this app! It was very approachable for me, and I really fed off of the "You're doing great! You're halfway there!" from ole automated voice. I worried that the tracking was off so cross-checked it with the Strata app. Distance tracking was accurate on my phone. Really can't go wrong with this app.

This app is so good.tbh I would never have started running in the first place without this app. I have tried loads of couch to 5k apps and none of them were good and not quite how I would like it but this app has everything u possibly could want and is mostly ad free. I have now ran loads of 5k races all thanks to this app, and I have even upped my goal to 8k and ran some 8k races too, and I have also run 2 10k races, but I still make sure to get some 5k runs in throughout the week etc. So s tysm😊

Terrible. It can not measure distance correctly. I run 3x already and gives me 350 m, 800 m distance, and I run approx 2-3 km...

As of the April 24 update, you can no longer actually start a workout. What used to be free now costs 10 dollars per month. I was right in the middle of the program too.

Loved the app in the beginning so got the paid version. Got a new phone and none of my run history came over no matter how many times I reinstalled. App now doesn't measure any distance at all - 0 km every run - maybe the paid version only gives 12 months access. Same experience with 10 km paid app too. Will move on to another app now.
