They've really walked the talk. And it was not just a marketing gimmick to attract the new customers. Utterly impressed with the prompt response, polite demeanor of the riders, hassle-free, I mean there shouldn't be a second thought when you want to book a ride. Go for it, instead of running short of time, in queues for a local taxi. Kudos to the entire team.

Not helpful as I tried from last 3 days to book a ride and no rider accepted the request. Tried connecting with the chat support and after a while got response that there us no available rider. Won't recommend.

I always promote and encourage youth entrepreneurship, but I am compelled to write this review. I have had worst experience with this service not once or twice but on multiple occasions. I have never ever been able to book a successful ride. Calls to the designated number have always gone unanswered. Bigger disappointment if one is in a hurry. Please improve your overall customer service. And I will gladly change this review in time to come.
