Apps Is Easy to used, but the problem Is it doesn't show all apparel clothes that Is available with kids and adults it has a limited choice that u can choose. Wish they put all clothes for adult and kids wear with wide variety to choose from

The jumbo app is quite enough good. Most of the products are available, the delivery service is ok. I dislike the alternative products, because I just want the originals only, and no alternatives!

Terrible, just like all the online experience. It's buggy, slow - well that is no surprise. But now you people have just outdone yourselves. Asking me if I want to update and giving only one option "yes"? Can't you people understand that this is an insult to a user? Fire your product manager.

Just awful. Search is not just bad, is horrendous. Crashes are frequent and after selecting the items you will find that a lot of them are not available. Item pictures are not always correct, and classification is not done carefully. If buying meat or any other product by weight: check it at home. Ive gotten meat marked as 2.2 kg, and it is only 1.2 kg so. In a nutshell : buy carefully and inspect everything. Or just go to another provider.

The app works, but there are people complaining about credit card fraud. Besides its horrible behavior when you come and go from search results, there are lots of items missing from the physical store, also some pictures don't match the descriptions, or they are plain wrong.
