I like mobility new all access it let u know when the bus is near but lately I been having problems on the app settings on my phone sitting up a ride when I get to the drop off page on the app it will not let me put the address in I then have to call in and depending on the agent that answers my call they can be some really nasty ones answering that phone my complaints is they need respectful personnel or agents and to check mobility all access on their phone system often to see how it's working

It's a great app it changes everything! I don't have to hold online to get a reservation. I'm very happy that apps such as this one exist because anti-social people never have to speak to anyone when making a reservation ect....

I can't load it. The public should know that MTA Mobility and their contractors are still having HUGE PROBLEMS. At any time of certain days Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursdays drivers are sitting for 3 through 6 hours with no work. Even a 49 would be good and T drivers are begging for work. Thrifty..... McKnight smh...smh...smh. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a Disability Transportation Business. We wait after working a long shift at SSI for 2 hours to be picked up another 1.5 to be dropped off

Put the vehicle tracking back in to the app it helps me know when to go down to the lobby of my apartment complex and when I have a few extra minutes to eat breakfast before my day program when mobility runs late also add the estimated pickup time and estimated drop off time back into the app an app update is supposed to add new features or fix the ones u already have not removed the features' people rave about and find useful

Easier to use old app. New app doesn't show cane/lift til u book the trip. Writing seems to get smaller, and smaller, with each option. Some trips not showing up, but are on the phone, when I call to ck. Case of new, and not improved. I'll just keep using old app

I can never book a ride with this app it never works, and it used to have mapped that would come up so u could see when it buses coming. It never shows the map Anymore
